Okay heres one story I have. I dont know that its my epic life story, but

its a story. It started out as a terrible day, but things happen for a
reason!

So I was travelling in Vietnam in November 2007, they were experiencing
the worst flooding they’d had in a decade. I was there with 6 friends from
my exchange. We were taking a bus from Hanoi to Da Nang, but the bus got
stopped in Hue because of the flooding. There was a bunch of confusion
about whether we were going to continue or not. The bus driver all of
sudden couldn’t speak english anymore, even though he spoke fluently to us
when we boarded the bus. There were a few Vietnamese people that stayed on
the bus, so we stayed on as well. We ended up camping out on the bus for
several hours in protest because they wouldn’t tell us what was going on.
After much argument with the bus driver and his sketchy crew, we ended up
having to stay in Hue for the night and had to book a flight to saigon the
next day. All of us were pretty angry as we only had 10 days in Vietnam
and wanted to see as much as we could. We ended up going out that night to
this cramped open-air bar with photos and writing all over the walls from
people passing through. Probably the coolest bar i’ve ever set foot in. We
all got pretty hammered. Made lots of new friends, went running through
the flooded streets of Hue. Had one of the most amazing nights. Thank god
for floods and mean Vietnamese bus drivers!

There ya go, thats one of my many stories.

well I was doing engine failures the other night and I had to put the plane in a vertical dive at around 300km/hr to get the force of the air to turn the propeller around so I could start the engine. it finally started at around 1000ft above the ground haha . . .

Epic moment would have to be discovering Lomography, which is shooting photos with my LOMO camera.  The LOMO is an old school Russian Camera that creates an effect and style of picture almost impossible to replicate with digital work.

Everyday I take 1 minute or 5 – of thought out of all my routine and hustle and bustle and I look and observe all the things going on around me right at that moment. Usually i observe the trees and sounds and people around me. I take most notice mostly of elderly peoples expressions & young children and reactions to the world in front of them to try and grasp a glimpse into the madness around them. I make sure i burn these into my memory especially in a time of living abroad where so many moments have such a rich sense of feeling. I keep these small memories of time and people to guide me in my presence.

When I was at Playa Del carmen a month ago we went to an afterhour by the beach – BANG BANG afterhour.

It was dark inside and very loud, I was suffocating in that club it was really intense.  When I went outside wow we were right at the beach with the sea and the waves it was magical.  The sun was rising –  it was beautiful, I didnt understand why people were staying inside the club, in the dark?
